Till Jürgens works as a research associate in the DFG project “Collective Action Problems and Influence of Local Intergovernmental Associations” under the supervision of Professor Nathalie Behnke. He studied political science at Georg-August-University of Göttingen from 2015 to 2019. Afterward, he studied Governance and Public Policy at the Technical University of Darmstadt from 2019 to 2021. During his undergraduate studies, he worked as a research assistant at the chair for “Public Management, Public Policy”. His dissertation deals with the collective agency of non-hierarchical collective actors, using the example of local government associations in Germany and the United States.
