Dr. Jonas Schoenefeld

For more than ten years, I have focused on sustainability and especially on energy and climate change policy. I pursued my PhD in this area with Opens external link in new windowProfessor Andy Jordan at the Opens external link in new windowTyndall Centre for Climate Change Research, School of Environmental Sciences at the University of East Anglia. I joined the Institute for Political Science at the Technische Universität Darmstadt as a research associate with Opens internal link in current windowProf. Dr. Kai Schulze in October 2016. Since April 2017, I have been a research associate with Öffnet externen Link in neuem FensterProf. Dr. Michèle Knodt, where I contribute to the Öffnet externen Link in neuem FensterKopernikus Project on the European Energy Union and coordinate the COST Action Öffnet externen Link in neuem Fenster"EU Foreign Policy Facing New Realities." My research focuses on energy, climate, and environmental politics and especially polycentric governance and policy monitoring evaluation.
