On 28 September 2023, from 10.40 am to 11.40 am, Prof. Behnke participates at the online-dialogue “Challenges of crisis management in the federal system”, organized by 'Lükex 2023' (a Länder- and department spanning crisis management exercise). Her dialogue partners are Dr. Tobias Bräunlein, Hessisches Ministerium des Innern und für Sport, and Sören Schmidt, Bundesministerium des Innern und für Heimat.
