Mohammad Ajmal Behmanish works as a research associate in the project “Social sciences/humanities and the capabilities formation in Afghanistan” and pursues his Ph.D. at the Institute of Political Science under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Michele Knodt and Prof. Dr. Uli Müller. He has done his bachelor's in Law and Political Science at Maulana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi University in Balkh, Afghanistan; and his masters in political science at Savitribai Phule Pune University, India.
