Since April 2023 Setaiesh Ghafari works as a research associate in the DFG project 'Standards of Governance' accompanying the working group 'Public Management, Public Policy' under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nathalie Behnke at the Institute of Political Science at TU Darmstadt. In addition, she has been working in the deputy IV4 of the Hessian Ministry of Economy, Energy, Transport and Housing since 2021, where she continues to pursue her work regarding the European Social Fund. In her practical work as well as in her research project, she deals with European Structural and Investment Funds.
