Since January 2025, Izadora Silva Pimenta (she/her) has been an associate postdoctoral researcher in Prof. Dr. Nathalie Benke’s group, supported by a Career Bridging Grant from TU Darmstadt. She obtained her Doctoral Degree in Linguistics in 2023, specialising in discourse analysis, social theories, and corpus linguistics methods, also at TU Darmstadt, under the supervision of Prof. Marcus Müller. Her current research examines the status of intersectional approaches in Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) within Higher Education Institutions across the European Research Area (ERA).
