Excursion to the Federal Constitutional Court

As part of her seminar ‘Future Law: Social Ecological Transformation through the Judiciary?’, Dorothea Elena Schoppek organised a trip to the Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe with students and interested colleagues.
In addition to a tour of the building and insights into the court's workings, the course was able to ask questions about climate case law and discuss the relationship between law and politics. This excursion was part of a series of further interdisciplinary discussions with legal scholars working at the interface of social ecological andlegal issues.
