In recent years, the law has become a central arena for socio-ecological disputes: climate lawsuits, rights of nature and strategic litigation are shaping public debate. Students at TU Darmstadt and the University of Hamburg have researched these issues from a social science perspective. Their work has resulted in an anthology that offers diverse insights into current transformation conflicts and the role of law.

We cordially invite you to the book presentation as part of the Public Climate School!

Join the authors in discussing the role of law in socio-ecological transformation processes – and celebrate the publication of this special project with us.

Afterwards, all guests are invited to a small reception with wine and pretzels.
