Proud to Share: Our First Joint Article on Transformative Climate Law

Excited to share my latest article – and the first one with both new and long-standing colleagues from our interdisciplinary research group on climate law.

Together with Claudio Franzius, Stefan C. Aykut, Sigrid Boysen, Anika Klafki, Andreas Löschel, Jacqueline Lorenzen, Till Markus, Sabine Schlacke, Yannick Vogt and Cathrin Zengerling, we explore how climate law is not only guiding transformation – but undergoing transformation itself.

We propose a framework to understand law’s dual role in societal change, using the lenses of space, time, and society.
