In recent years, the law has become a central arena for socio-ecological disputes: climate lawsuits, rights of nature and strategic litigation are shaping public debate. Students at TU Darmstadt and the University of Hamburg have researched these issues from a social science perspective. Their work has resulted in an anthology that offers diverse insights into current transformation conflicts and the role of law.
